01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the boss8055 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completing your account registration or accessing any part of our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from registering or using the boss8055 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Boss8055 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to inform members of any material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the boss8055 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• An individual or legal entity with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

03 Account Registration and Verification

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests to a bank account are processed within 1–24 hours on business days;
• Accounts must complete full KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed;

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account per individual;
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using false identities or multiple accounts;
• Technical Disruption: Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live games or poker;

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Boss8055 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Suspicious activity requiring further investigation;
• Account closure requests initiated by the member;
